What if that beautiful posession you cried over and wanted so badly happened to fall right into the palm of your hand? Would you return it? Would you keep it? It's human nature to claim our prizes and fight for what we desire.
But what if that thing you wanted was a person? A living, breathing, beautiful soul that was so vulnerable and ellegant sitting in your grasp. A person, somebody who you'd only dreamt of associating yourself with. And they were yours. All yours.

You greedy bastard. Put that pretty piece of artwork back on the shelf.
